honestly quite disappointed of the condition of my apartment when i moved in one week ago. The shower and dishwasher were especially dirty, smelly, and moldy. Additionally the paint job in this unit is concerning. There is paint smeared on several spots on the trim, blobs of paint in random spots, and the ceiling edges have so many inconsistencies that I would tell whoever painted that this should not be their profession. I have years of experience in multi family property management at high-end... companies and I would have never let a resident move-in with the condition my apartment was in.
