Love it here. The people are great and the amenities are amazing. The garage gets pretty full but still nice having one. Nice place good vibes

Community fees are absurd for the level of service. We pay nearly $150-$200 per month and the pool can’t even be kept clean. These community fees aren’t even properly disclosed. It’s a matter of time before the state interferes the way they did with Greystar. Citizen was great when I moved in but went downhill after 2025. I recommend people do some due diligence before moving in.

The staff have been beyond amazing, caring and helpful and because they too prefer to live on property that says a lot about their feelings toward the building and it’s environment. I’m giving a 3 out of 5 because when picking my unit I specifically picked one with a balcony in the features and unfortunately that’s not what I was given. My agent was very helpful in letting me that this is a fixable issue and I would be notified once my unit became available with a balcony. I was shown an option... with a balcony but sadly the prices had already changed and I would be required to pay more for something I was confident I already had when signing. The description of the features are very misleading which has lead to an unsatisfactory experience. Overall the building is lovely and the amenities are truly one of a kind and I’m thankful to be here.

I love living at Citizen. The location is great and the residents and staff are all super friendly. The amenities are solid as well. Any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and the custodial crew is awesome!

The amenities are great, staff is friendly and always helpful, and common areas are kept clean. I love our view and the way the floor plan took advantage of the sq.ft
