This cozy two bedroom condo is located on the second floor of the Hunter's Run complex. The home features gorgeous hard floors throughout the home. There is an open floor plan where the living room, complete with a decorative, nonfunctioning... fireplace, flows in to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, dishwasher and range.
One bedroom features access to the balcony, which has an additional access point through the living room. The second bedroom is further down the hall. There is one full bathroom in this unit. There is plenty of storage and closet space throughout. There is central air conditioning to cool the unit and central forced hot air for heat. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The community has a pool available to residents.
Easy access to I-25 and 1-225, Hwy 285 and Colorado Blvd. There are lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. Cherry Creek State Park is a few minutes drive away and you are only a short distance to Denver’s 71 mile long High Line Canal Trail as well as parks with sports fields and playgrounds.

*Refundable security deposit equal to 85% of one month's gross rent is required.
TENANT QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
*Total gross income of at least 2X monthly charges for an individual applicant. For applications with more than one unrelated applicant over the age of 18, each applicant must qualify separately with an income of at least 1.5X monthly charges per applicant. You will need to submit proof of income at the time of application submission.
*670+ credit score is required.
*Applicants will be considered with credit scores below 670 with an added reoccurring Marginal Credit Score Fee of 1/12th of monthly rent. Approved applicants can resubmit credit information if credit score is improved to 670+.
*Co-Signers will not be considered to fulfill any qualification requirement.
