Courtland on Blake is one of the best buildings I have lived at, the amenities are nice and building is quiet. I enjoy the location at staff they have made me feel welcomed since I have moved in.

Cortland is a terrible company that should be sued out of existence. They skip on maintenance as a matter of policy. This company spent over a billion dollars buying new properties in Q4 last year and then claims they cannot afford proper maintenance and repairs.

I called bc I panicked as my microwave began sparking violently! The apartment filled with burned electrical odor. The customer service rep on phone was assertive and within 15 mins the apt employee was taking care of things. I appreciate the level of concern and urgency that was held here! Thank you!!
