The maintenance team at EWH is always fantastic - I cannot thank Dave and John enough for their quick and efficient help. My dog, Louie, always loves when they come by and they are always so patient with him when he is nosy trying to help them with what ever task it might be. They even reward him with treats for helping. 10/10 team :)

It’s overly priced and non of the amenities work! They took away the dog park. Pool table is broke. Hot tub is broke, and often times the gym is digusting! Live here at your own risk.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Emery West. From the application/touring process, to moving in, and everything since, the staff has been kind and responsive to my needs. Not to mention the building and location are awesome.

Living at the Emery has turned out to be better than I expected. I love my apartment and I get surprised at all the well thought out items and quality features in the kitchen and bathroom. The sockets are well positioned and I love the appliances which are all stainless steel. I love how mindful the tenants are. No rowdy parties or loud noices in the corridors. The corridors are clean and air conditioner. I live above the pool and its busy during the weekends but never loud. It really feels... like home
