Would not recommend!

Although the layout of the studio apartment is good with great storage and street parking is easily found, this has been a very negative rental experience.

First off, I have had 6 separate emergency maintenance calls due to water leaks/damage in my apartment. 4 of which happened in my kitchen due to clogged pipes from units above me and 2 from the ceiling by windows due to malfunction of heating system. Mold has been detected in my apartment with the last issue in kitchen.

Secondly, the...
shared washers and dryers are always broken and not replaced after multiple failed maintenance attempts. 2 washers have been broken for well over 2 months now.

The noise levels of neighbors is also a negative. The walls are thin, so expect to sleep with a noise machine if you move in here.

Overall, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
