The lack of cleanliness is embarrassing.
Gym hasn't been cleaned in weeks, multiple residents don't even wipe down equipment
Common halls haven't been vacuumed in months

Thank you so much for your feedback.! I’m really sorry to hear you’ve felt the common areas haven’t been up to standard.
Just to clarify, our housekeeping team does clean the fitness center daily, and the hallways are on a weekly... rotation for vacuuming and general upkeep. That said, we’ll definitely keep an extra eye on things to make sure everything stays in great shape.

We do also encourage everyone to wipe down equipment after use—it really helps keep the space clean for all. If there's anything else you'd like us to know, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We want to make it right!

I’ve been living here for a year, and it’s been amazing! I moved to RiNo, Denver from NYC, and Forge has been a wonderful place to call home. The staff is exceptional, always welcoming and attentive. I love having beautiful amenities and mountain views! The community events make it easy to connect with neighbors. This place really feels like home. Highly recommend!
