Do not smoke
From day 1 i was harrassed by manadgement
I was a detriment to the tennants seeing how i smoked i was told ok to smoke in apt
Then im told ya gotto go outside and smoke
This apt was hud vash provided
Welcome home alright 5 yrs housing to lose all in the end
Well va housing and staff @ 3150 DOWNING
Seeing how i was never welcome you now have apt 111 to do what ever you wish with

The 4th Quarter Apartment
I live at the 4th Quarter Apartments. I moved into the 4th Quarter Apartments when they first opened. I was the first person to live in my apartment. The community room has a pool table.
I like playing pool.
I like the community we are building at the building.
There are things I do not like but my last review was rejected because I mentioned them. Therefore, I rate my apartment building as the poorest building I have ever lived because of reasons I am not allowed to mention. Therefore,... I suggest you simply review the neighborhood and you will be smart enough to gather the information you need to make an informed decision. This is the worst building and neighborhood I have ever lived. I apartments.com does not like this review, well now you know WHY. They only approve reviews that are simple and written by people whom DO NOT live in the buildings they review or are reviews that are acceptable by standards apartments.com create to keep them out of court. A real review is one that is honest and truthful. Not all black and white and real estate puff.
I live hear and my first review was rejected so I shall follow their guidelines and only tell what will not create problems for apartments.com. Therefore, I shall leave it to you, the gentle reader to gather what that means. Therefore, I have listed what the positives are and I shall not detail the negatives. You can gather that upon a visit. The condition of the lobby, the hallways, and your apartment will speak for themselves. Remember, this building opened in 2011. A simple inspection will detail the lovely building which the 4th Quarter presents.
