I moved in 2 months ago and absolutely LOVE my apartment! The full laundry room right in my apt, with brand new FULL SIZE GE appliances, is worth living here all by itself! The views are excellent. The unit itself is just lovely, but the staff is what makes living here so amazing. Jenette,our manager, has gone above and beyond her job duties helping me during my tough time( I just had a full knee replacement surgery) by helping me with package delivery issues, personally setting me up in the... call box, when I came home from surgery realizing I wasn't able to buzz my P.T. staff in, and Denise and June in the office ALWAYS listen to me and remember my needs, and go out of their way to help solve any issues, making me feel important and cared for. Maybe the best apt I've ever had, for sure!!

I'm searching for apartments and I found this potential gem. They are brand new, very nice, and in a great location. However, for as new as they are, I was surprised at how poorly maintained the grounds are. I drove around the complex a few times and there was trash everywhere. If this were trash from all the new construction, that would be one thing. But, it's from the residents. Landscaping rocks were all over the sidewalks and food and wrappers were everywhere. Even though the... residents should take more responsibility, this is primarily a management issue, in my experience (I've live in several apartment complexes around the country with both great and poor management). I would definitely give this complex 5 stars if it were better maintained. It's literally only been open for months but if it continues down this path, it won't be nice for very long. Come on management, step up!
