Governor's Park

The building, common areas and amenities at Governor's Park are very well maintained. It's apparent that a lot of time and effort is expended to keep the grounds clean, well decorated and up-to-date. Parking is a breeze as this building is one of the only in the area with a guest parking lot, as well as ample garage parking for residents. There are tons of bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and three grocery stores within a three-block radius. Additionally, Cheesman Park… -- one of the most beautiful parks in Denver -- is less than a mile away. Gov's Park is perfect for mature renters who are okay forgoing a new, modern residence in lieu of a quiet, walkable, well kept place to live in the heart of Cap Hill.
