Liongate Apartments

Loving our 2 bed 2 bath unit. Amazing views of downtown and the front range. Spacious patios! Can walk to wash park or bike the cherry creek path! Our unit was freshly painted, and carpeted and got upgraded bathrooms and kitchen appliances before move in. The staff here are wonderful and very helpful. Any maintenance issue is handled promptly! Well kept building and great neighbors. Only downfall is it is not a pet friendly building.

I really enjoy living in this apartment. 2 bedroom/2 bath with a great view of the mountains and downtown. It's an older building and comes with old building issues: old cabinets, old windows, thin walls. The walls are thin between the bedrooms but thick between the apartments. I rarely hear a peep from my neighbors. The large balcony, amazing view, and wonderful location makes this apt great. It's got a lot of charm for an old building.There is a parking garage under the building, which is a... must need in this neighborhood.

The apartment staff is the BEST I've ever experienced!! They are so helpful and always available. I've always had a terrible experience with the apt staff. The main lady has been working and living in the building for 20 years. She's literally the best, which makes living here even better. Read More
