Was without AC during the hotest part of the year for over a month. Maintenance seems to do the least amount of work possible instead of fixing it correctly. Constantly hear upstairs neighbor stomping around. Neighbors are dirty and leave trash in common spaces and seemingly without consequences since there seems to be a pattern in the trash. Management had to close a trash chute because they don't clean often enough. Just another PE company squeezing consumers while offering a worse product.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that this has been your experience. Being without AC, especially during the hottest part of the year, is not the standard we strive for. HVAC repairs can sometimes require parts, vendor coordination, or... system wide troubleshooting, but that does not make the disruption any less frustrating.
Regarding maintenance, our team works hard to address concerns promptly and correctly. If you feel an issue was not fully resolved, we absolutely want the opportunity to review it again and make it right. Community cleanliness and noise are also important to us, and we actively address concerns brought to our attention to help maintain a comfortable living environment for everyone.
The south trash chute was permanently closed as part of a building decision; however, the north side chutes remain fully operational. In addition, we provide valet trash service five days per week to support convenience and cleanliness throughout the community.
