I’d like to express my gratitude to the Muse management team/all Muse building staff for consistently providing me with a reliable, safe, beautiful, and overall wonderful rental experience throughout these past 5-6 years! Christina & Kyle always respond to phone calls and or emails in a prompt manner. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for facilitating positive apartment-living experiences, is truly in a league of its own. Their obvious dedication to making The Muse residents feel... welcomed & a part of the Muse community is unparalleled. Since living here, I’ve had the luxury of attending events hosted by the Muse management team, including a spa / massage event, whiskey tasting, pet costume contests with professional photographers, & so much more. If you have the opportunity to rent here / reside at the Muse, consider yourself lucky. There really is no place like it!

Regarding Maintenance - Victor is detail oriented, professional, efficient, extensively experienced, & just plain great at what he does. I’m really grateful to have had him as the building maintenance person throughout the past 5-6 years that I’ve been living at the Muse. He is always friendly, and undoubtedly has the quickest, most consistent turn-around time, regarding when a request is submitted-completed. Victor is always willing to share his knowledge via providing helpful tips related to maintaining the integrity of my apartment. I almost always leave an interaction with him having learned new & helpful information!

They charge $85-$150 to park in the building otherwise you will have to park on the street where the spaces are extremely limited. You will also be charged $70 to pay your rent if you want to pay using your card otherwise you are forced to link your bank accounts. The amenities only partially work. The garage door for the garage they charge you to park in is also always broken or inoperable so people have been found living in the garage and the stair case. Vehicle broken into...
before a couple times and told by staff to call renters insurance as there was no cameras. The staff are NOT ideal to work with. Not to mention the cracks along a few of the outside walls that look like foundational issues for the future. Plenty of other places where you can get better and more for less.

Parking fees and rent payment options are clearly outlined in our lease agreements, and we strive to ensure all residents are fully informed before...
signing. While we understand these costs may be frustrating, they are standard for properties with secured access and on-site amenities.

We are aware of the issues with the garage door and have already taken steps to expedite repairs and increase security patrols. Unauthorized access and safety concerns are unacceptable, and we are actively working with local authorities and our maintenance team to prevent further incidents. We are also reviewing our surveillance infrastructure to better protect our residents and their property.

Regarding the condition of the building and amenities, we conduct regular inspections and maintenance, and any structural concerns are promptly evaluated by professionals. If you have specific maintenance requests that have not been addressed, we urge you to contact our office directly so we can resolve them.

We understand that our community may not be the right fit for everyone, but we are committed to providing a safe, well-maintained, and transparent living environment. Your feedback is being used to drive improvements, and we encourage open communication to ensure all residents feel heard and supported.
