From day one, they’ve been incredibly responsive, respectful, and just all-around amazing. Whether it’s been a small request or something more involved, they’ve shown up with professionalism, kindness, and a great attitude every time.

It’s rare to find a team that not only gets the job done—but does it with care and genuine attention to the people living here. I’m so grateful for their... support and the way they’ve gone above and beyond for me. Parq is lucky to have them!

I have only lived here for a few months, but I feel like part of a family here. Staff are always friendly and Chelton is absolutely amazing. The Lifestyle Team never ceases to amaze me with wonderful community events and the Food Trucks are such a great thing to have after a hard day of work and you don't feel like fixing anything or going anywhere. Any maintenance request, that I have had, which have been VERY minimal, is always handled in a professional and timely manner (less than 12... hours).
