I have been living at Parq since 2021. I have loved every minute of living here, from the front desk to maintenance and every integral member of the team in between everyone is helpful and seem happy. Along with having the best view in Denver Parq has taken vertical living to the next level. I feel safe as my husband travels frequently, everyone you meet in the halls or elevator are friendly and seem happy. I can walk to restaurants, stores and bars; Golden Triangle living at its best!

I have been at Parq since Feb 23 and I don’t have any complaints. It’s a nice building architecturally with top amenities, the staff are all friendly and a few have gone out of their way to be genuinely good people. Important to note that it’s commercial-grade build, I’ve never had an issue with neighbor noise, my unit faces Denver Health & the ambulances are not bad. It’s honestly a tough building to beat in Denver when you factor the view’s
