Radiant Apartments

It’s a beautiful bldg, but it’s obvious that it’s all rentals, no one has a stake in ownership, so no one cares, no courtesy for other residents.
There are no visitor parking spots available as the same cars park freely at the front door every day, all night especially 2 white suvs.
People dump garbage wherever they like.. there’s a big screen tv and a huge tire laying in parking spots on the 2nd level. for over a week. People dump messy, sticky drinks all over. There’s (I assume dog) urine on... every landing in the stairwell and loose trash and objects to be recycled in the trash room, people can’t be bothered to simply put trash in the shoots.

In the 6 months that i have been here. There has been some sort of issue that impacts the entire building for weeks if not months. The management staff act like it’s all acceptable and have no compassion for those of us who live here and are impacted by these inconveniences.

Apartments are nice. Pool area is great. It would be nice if the pool was open a little later on Friday and Saturday during the summer. The gym is really small though. Seems like one of the elevators is also down frequently.

Overall, I had a very positive living experience at Radiant and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.

It’s been a great experience living here . I’ve met some friends and am able to work from home in a quiet environment with a lovely view :)
