Great events. Quick maintenance. I don’t like how the hot tub is always out of service. But usually they’re good at getting it back up. Besides some of the outside pedestrian traffic this place is awesome.

I initially stumbled across the complex while apartment hunting. Immediately coming on Ashli was extremely helpful and inspired. She multitasked her move-in to accommodate my drop in. She was very personable and explained all my options and got me set up when demetri tagged in and gave me a tour. His energy was just as vibrant as his personality and I felt welcomed already. They were both accommodating and genuine unlike others I’ve encountered throughout my apartment search. I applied that... night and now picking up my keys and each step of the way my questions have been answered and suggestions made! I’m excited for the experience of community and high frequency.

I would recommend Revival on Platte to a friend. The leasing agents and management have been very thoughtful and responsive whenever I’ve had an issue or concern. The amenities are nice for working professionals and serious students. Not to mention the location, it’s like a little hidden treasure in the heart of city. The Platte River bike path is so close that it almost feels like our back yard. It’s a nice place to live.

The office staff are very helpful whenever I need something. I’ve loved everything about my unit so far.
This spot is really convenient for getting basically anywhere in Denver.
