Just moved into Solana and the experience has been great so far! Easy move in and the apartment was spotless. Grills outside my door are a huge plus.

Me ha encantado vivir en este nuevo complejo de apartamentos. Las instalaciones son modernas, limpias y muy cómodas. El ambiente es tranquilo y seguro, y el personal siempre ha sido amable y atento cuando he necesitado ayuda. Además, la ubicación es excelente y todo se mantiene en muy buenas condiciones. Definitivamente ha sido una muy buena experiencia vivir aquí.

Staff is amazing but I’ve seen that the renewal prices and the fees are going up which is counterintuitive to get people to stay.Amenities are always being fixed, we can’t use, but we pay high fees.The garage door causes driving safety hazard because people go insanely fast around the corners and with only one side open most of the time it creates issues.I’m hoping when I go to renew my lease that the rent isn’t increased.The fees are too much but I enjoy living here so I deal with it.I can tell... the apartments were cheaply made because the walls scuff easily, floors don’t line up, appliances are loose or fall off, hinges are loose, knobs are crooked, etc.It is a great location but the price doesn’t match the quality of the building. Things break too easily here.the office and maintenance staff are amazing.It’s hard to find a place that is well staffed.Consider lowering the cost to live here.There are several other buildings around here that are cheaper with less construction issues.

I've lived here for 11 months today. The modern features of the apartment and cleanliness of all common areas have been great. The location is ideal as most daily essentials, like grocery stores, local restaurants, parks and more are just a short walk or drive away. The amenities here really elevate the experience.
Overall, my experience has been very positive. It's been a great place to call home for the past year. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and quality. I'm... very happy with my decision to move here!
