Enter into a well lit foyer, which flows in to the expansive primary dining and living room space with a large fireplace. There is hardwood flooring throughout the home and large windows letting in lots of natural light. The primary kitchen is outfitted with a gas range, dishwasher, French door refrigerator, and lots of storage space. There is a breakfast nook that opens onto a glass walled sunroom and the fully enclosed large backyard. The secondary kitchen also has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, as well as full size stacking washer and dryer. TENANT QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
*Total gross income of at least 2X monthly charges for an individual applicant. For applications with more than one unrelated applicant over the age of 18, each applicant must qualify separately with an income of at least 1.5X monthly charges per applicant. You will need to submit proof of income at the time of application submission.
*660+ credit score is required.
*Applicants may be considered with credit scores between 659 and 620 with an added recurring monthly Marginal Credit Score Fee of 1/12th of monthly rent. Approved applicants can resubmit credit information later if credit score is improved to 660+. Fees are non-refundable and will be paid to Pioneer Property Management.
*Co-Signers will not be considered to fulfill any qualification requirement.

VARIABLE AND SITUATIONAL FEES
