Amazing staff! Very friendly and receptive to any and all questions. Move in was fast, efficient and they followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Who could ask for more. The apartment is roomy with great layouts and updated appliances. I can tell I’m going g to love it here!

All this place wants is your money. In return you get no hot water, bugs and rodents, maintenance requests that are NEVER done, laundry facilities with 1 working unit, constant noise, office staff who lie. This place is disgusting

Been living here for about a few months now and it’s been real nice, neighbors are friendly and it’s so peaceful. Every morning I look out my balcony and can see the geese getting some fresh water and so much nature which makes my day 10x better!

I feel very fortunate to have a peaceful quiet unit that's very close to the park and the pool. The new head of maintenance is AMAZING at his job and got so much work done in NO TIME!
We've been here for 1½ and we plan on staying a while longer.
It's quiet, calm, the staff is great, and the location is convenient.
