The facilities at the Windsor at Broadway Station are great. The leasing office staff are very professional and east to deal with. Any maintenance issues we had were dealt with quickly.

The apartment felt new and was in great shape. You could rarely hear your neighbors. We are on the 3rd floor and never had to turn our heat on throughout the whole winter.

One issue I had with the place was the train tracks right next to the building. It is a staging area for the coal trains so they are... pretty much there all the time. The windows are triple paned so you only hear them when a window is open.

Only other issue was the dog walking area in the back. I personally love dogs, but the astroturf dog area constantly smelled quite awful when you were on the street level. We never smelled it from our balcony or apartment.

Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and the neighborhood and would recommend it to anyone. Read More
