Just Right

Capri apts I found to be just the right fit, safe and is close to a lot of places. Right onto Colorado Blvd. The studio apt is spacious with huge closet space. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Property management and maintenance I give a big thumbs up for being Awesome! Cori the manager will always make sure that stay will be a comfortable pleasant stay at Capri Apartments.

Poor management handcuffed by even worse corporate company

They have zero problems accepting your rent but take YEARS to put money into the issues they say they'll fix when you sign your lease. Property managers are absolutely useless and don't have the capacity to solve ANY issues with the property.

Love living here!

I have loved living here. They have always been quick and helpful with anything I've needed. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The leasing office is kind. Katie and Alexa are always so helpful. They personally called me to make sure I was happy with the work maintenance did following a work order I put in. When I got home I even noticed Aaron in maintenance left a hand written note for me. I am so happy with this apartment and I have lived in quite a few other places that don't even… compare. This is an older building but they work so hard to keep it nice. Assuming my rent doesn't increase, I can't wait to renew my lease.
