Stressful
Living here has become extremely stressful and emotionally draining. Everything started when management tried to require residents to enroll in a paid parcel delivery system that isn’t part of our original lease. According to Paragraph 19 of the lease, management can’t make policy changes that increase the costs listed on Page 1. I felt pressured to sign up for something I didn’t agree to, and after I reported missing packages, I was called “hostile” by on-site staff — the same people who live... on the property and manage access to amenities.
Since then, I’ve felt unsafe and anxious even using the amenities that are supposed to be part of my home. It’s an awful feeling to worry about being watched or labeled for just trying to stand up for myself. The situation escalated when I was contacted by management’s law firm, TSM General, with a settlement offer that would have required me to pay nearly $4,000, remove my Google review, and sign a non-disparagement agreement — all under a tight deadline of only a few hours to respond.
The pressure and legal back-and-forth have taken a huge emotional toll on me. I’ve lost sleep, my mental health has suffered, and I genuinely don’t feel comfortable in what’s supposed to be my home. I hope this review brings attention to how residents here are treated when they try to assert their rights or simply report problems.

Hello Jazzmin, we replied to your other 1-star reviews especially in relation to the package lockers. Our management team has worked to create a resolution for you however the attempts at this resolution by management have not been answered so we are... unable to provide further assistance to you at this time.
Our community offers both assigned EV charging spaces and two communal EV chargers. To ensure fair access, we have posted signage requesting that residents only park while actively charging and to avoid overnight parking. Based on our observations, the chargers are generally available throughout the day. If you would like guaranteed access, we’d be happy to upgrade your parking from your standard parking space to an assigned EV space with a dedicated charging port—please contact the office for details.
Regarding the parcel system, we use Parcel Pending to manage package deliveries. It appears your account requires attention. You will want to log into Parcel Pending and review any alerts in your account which can assist in re-activating your account. While the parcel system was implemented after some leases began, we continue to cover sign-up fees and assist residents with enrollment to ensure a smoother, control access delivery process for everyone.
