Maintenance is a Disaster
We've had a leaking HVAC system for over a month now through multiple heat advisories (this is illegal btw, HVAC is supposed to be repaired within 14 days per Colorado Law). It is beginning to breed mold. New maintenance crew every year because the last one got fired. The people in the office are incapable of doing their jobs. No cameras on the premises which explains the rampant theft. They even have to lock the package room at 6pm because package theft became so rampant. The front office is... rude in most communications.

Property management puts profits over tenants
Two weeks after moving into the apartment, my apartment completely flooded. I was put up into a hotel for 2 weeks while they fixed my apartment. After finally moving back in, the apartment was still not livable and I had to ask to be moved into a new apartment. Part of my move in agreement was a free month of rent. I did not receive 2 of those weeks as my apartment was not livable. Upper management denied that I should still receive those free weeks. While the office staff is very nice, it is... very apparent the parent company cares more about money than the people that live in their apartments. Maintenance requests go untouched for weeks (maybe months) at a time. I haven't been around long enough to find out truly how long. I was told weeks ago to not use my washing machine since water is leaking under the floors and have had no communication with any resolve to the issue. Would not recommend this complex to anyone.
Update: 2 weeks later and after 3 email requests for an update, I have had no communication at all and still do not have a working washing machine more than a month into a second apartment on this property. It is clear the tenants mean absolutely nothing to this property management.

Mouse infestation
Mouse infestation
I was living with mice for months. I had been traveling for work for a good portion of early 2022. One night, I saw something running around in my apartment and thought I lost my mind. Turned out to be a mouse as I confirmed the next day. They sent over someone from maintenance (not pest control) to put out traps. They caught one mouse and said it must've gotten in from the water heater. I was told they put in a temporary repellent and pest control would be following up.
Pest... control never followed up.
Fast forward a few months, I saw a live mouse fall from the top shelf of my pantry into a bag. Over the course of the next few days, I found droppings all over my place from the closet to the pantry to under the sink.
There were mice and mice droppings everywhere.
Management's response: put out traps. They put out a few traps but it wasn't until the 3rd or 4th visit that the actual areas of entry were sealed. I kept telling them they were coming from the water heater but it wasn't until the 4th visit that the water heater was actually removed by pest control to be evaluated.
Leila asked me if I had dog food out in an accusatory manner. I have a dog but so do others in the complex. My dog was also not present for the first incident due to my extended travels..
I was released from my lease but not compensated for all the damage. There was more than a few hundred dollars worth of non perishable groceries in my pantry, all contaminated by mouse poop. I had a box of coconut water in which I had been drinking that I later found mouse poop in.
My health was severely risked due to management's lack of attention.
I have since moved out but just got notice I would be charged a cleaning fee and trash disposal. I only left a few items in my coat closet because they were covered in mouse poop. Leila even told me via email I wasn't responsible for the mouse poop. And they also had the audacity to charge me for a cleaning fee after all the filth I was forced to live in. Of my $450 deposit, they gave me $50 back. That is $400 they are trying to keep from me after the inconvenience and risk my life was put at.

good maintenance team
Oscar is an amazing maintenance man! I give him props. The other day the pool wasn't opened on time and he came by to let me and my kids in. Made my kids day! Today he came by to fix a clogged drain, and when I told him about a broken hinge, towel hanger, and low water pressure in the bathroom, he fixed all those things too! He's very friendly, professional and competent. I appreciate him and all he does for our community. I also love the new management here. So much better than the last ones.... They know how to write professional emails without thousands of exclamation points in them.?? Also Conner in the office is a major sweetheart and has helped me out. Along with another redheaded staff who helped me carry boxes to my car multiple times (pre-covid). The apartments are super sound proof and quiet. The pool area is gorgeous. My only complaint is the hot tub is always broken and probablyneeds to be deep cleaned. Lol. Oh well. They are trying to fix it at least.
