The apartment, gym, and whenever the pool is working is nice and they clean the apartment pretty good before you move in. If you have a family I suggest living on the first floor only because once 10p hits and make noise such as walking around or your child walking you will most definitely get a noise complaint through e-mail. Be careful with the complaints you get from my experience any resident can say anything and they will just take it and believe it without getting any proof. You don’t get… 1 covered parking like other places so finding a parking spot after a certain time is a nightmare.
