It is midJuly and the pool is empty so it doesn’t look like the pics. Not opening until mid August. Tenants were not notified that we would have a summer without pool access and we have not been compensated for the lack of their #1 amenity. For the amount we pay in rent the pool should always be available. Totally Unacceptable!

This was by far the worst apartment “touring” experience I’ve had after visiting numerous communities throughout the DTC and Centennial area.

I specifically came to tour a floor plan that was advertised as available on both Apartments.com and The Soleil’s own website. After arriving, I was told it wasn’t available???

What happened next was unbelievable.
Instead of giving me a tour of the community like every other apartment complex I’ve visited, the leasing consultant handed me a set of keys... and essentially told me to go find the apartment myself. No walkthrough. No explanation of the amenities. No effort to answer questions. No attempt to earn my business. I was expected to wander around a property I’d never been to on my own. Not to mention for a unit that I had no interest in.

This is supposed to be a professionally managed apartment community, not a self-guided storage facility.

The entire interaction felt lazy, dismissive, and incredibly disrespectful. I took time out of my day to schedule a tour, drove to the property, and was treated like I was inconveniencing the leasing staff simply by showing up.

I’ve toured many apartment communities over the past several weeks, and every single one of them had a leasing professional who actually did their job by walking the property, answering questions, and helping me evaluate whether the community was a good fit. The Soleil was the only place where I felt like they couldn’t be bothered.

Management should seriously look into how prospective residents are being treated because first impressions matter. If this is how they treat someone before they sign a lease, I can only imagine how existing residents are treated after they move in.

I left and immediately crossed The Soleil off my list. There are far too many apartment communities in this market that actually appreciate prospective residents to waste your time here.

We've lived here for 4 years and love it! The 2 bedroom apartments are so spacious. We never hear our neighbors. The attached garages make our apartment feel like a condo. Everyone in the community is so nice and friendly, especially management. We love using the dog park and the pool in the summer. The Maintenance team is so fast - within hours of putting a request in they are in the process of fixing any problem. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in the tech center.

Screaming kids on patio all day and night. Forget sleeping in past 7 am. forget about having a moment's peace. Despite the city having a noise ordinance and despite the right for peaceful and quiet enjoyment the office staff does nothing and if you live here or anywhere in the neighboring communities you will listen to nothing but rude tennants children screaming and yelling for morning until night every single day. I would never live here again. Horrible

Complex kind of pricy but that’s because of the location, almost near of everything. Administration good, always professional and kind. Service maintenance still a lot of room for improvement, however the great thing, it’s they live in house, quick response for everything. The complex need to do a better job because of the residents with pets, that sometimes doesn’t fallow instructions like not picking up their dog waste or taking them out without a leash.
