The entire move-in process was seamless from start to finish! Everything was super easy, communication was great, and the approval process was quick and straightforward. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience moving into a new apartment. So far, I’m extremely happy with everything and would definitely recommend this community!

Really like the apartment, building, Maintnence is great and events are great. Elevators are always clean. The only thing is sometimes the garage is really dirty, but I don’t think that’s Maintnence I think it’s people with their dogs who pee in the elevator and garage

When the elevator wasn't working, staff was very prompt with communications. It took some days to repair one of the elevators but the other one was working, which is nice for the people like me who live in a 12th floor.

I’ve been at the Dorsey for two months and have loved it. The building is so well-managed. The managers are easy to contact and frequently on site, the property is clean and the amenities well-maintained, and maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The building also hosts fun events for residents!
