Not Good

Wifi bad. Parking expensive. Unit overpriced. Unsafe area. Look elsewhere.

The WiFi alone makes me give it 1 star

Honestly it’s just infuriating that they make you use a specific provider for internet, charge you $60 for it, and it never works. Let me buy a $20 service that actually works...

Modern stylish living in the heart of the city

All buildings are NOT created equal. I absolutely love living here. While I ended up getting a one bedroom, I can say the studios while small trump much bigger units in other buildings with thoughtful layouts, full sized appliances AND full size washer and dryers. The Economist proves living with a smaller footprint doesn't mean forgoing style. The units are sound aka no listening to your next door neighbors every move. There are two buildings with gorgeous common areas and all residents have... access to both lobbies. As I write this now, i'm listening to Amy Winehouse on the record player in the 1578 common area. No recycled rental furniture here, think Room and Board furnishings with high ceilings and windows that open up to let the breeze in. There is also a rooftop area with brand new grill and a workout area.. Management is always very responsive and the maintenance staff is quite possibly the best in my history of renting.. ( that's saying a lot)
You're walking distance to great food, Cheesman and City Park.. its an abode like no other. My only complaint is the man who uses his leaf blower at 7 am on Saturdays to clean the sidewalk.. other than that.. love love.
