It’s amazing here
I love it here from the point that they showed us the apartment and the process went smooth, even though we looked at the reviews and they were inaccurate. This complex is perfect. Marelin, Mayra and Trinni and all staff is great.

Amazing Staff
Marelin, Mayra and Trinni are really the most helpful staff, they really are a great operating team altogether. I have been living here since March and I must say that I have not had any maintenance problems that have not been fixed. My office visits with the management team has always been professional, pleasant and very kind. The facilities and common areas are really nice and clean. I would recommend the Modern apartments to my friends and family for the good things and opportunities they... offer. Chem em out!

Great propery!
The current manager and team are doing an awesome job! I've been a resident for 3 years and experienced the prior management, and can say by far that the current staff cares a lot and work hard to make this place better!
