I love living here, seriously! The staff is so nice, it feels like a community of really sweet neighbors, my apartment is so cute, clean and new. The building feels small and manageable. The amenities are great.

My experience at The Riv has been great overall! It is a new building in a great neighborhood with nice amenities. They building is very pet friendly which is a huge plus. The leasing team is very professional and great to interface with.

Best experience in RiNo!

I just toured the riv and it is really cute. The boutique feel is nice and the team are all so friendly and professional. I am excited to apply and move into this building later this year when I move. All other apartments in Denver did not feel as welcoming as here.
