My experience at The Riv has been great overall! It is a new building in a great neighborhood with nice amenities. They building is very pet friendly which is a huge plus. The leasing team is very professional and great to interface with.

I just toured the riv and it is really cute. The boutique feel is nice and the team are all so friendly and professional. I am excited to apply and move into this building later this year when I move. All other apartments in Denver did not feel as welcoming as here.

This property is super awesome, they are having great events here and most recently had a pride, bingo event, I love how the initiative was based on Saint Judes, I personally donate to Saint Jude‘s monthly, and this was something that caught my attention, I genuinely appreciate how quick the maintenance team is and how awesome the property manager is at organizing things, thank you so much and I hope anyone interested in the riv definitely rents here
