I am disappointed in the management of 2101 on Market. There are no clear plans in place to fix any of the ongoing problems that continue to plague this apartment complex. The dog park is unusable far more often than it is open. When it is open, it fills the parking garage with an eye burning stench of ammonia. The parking garage is utterly filthy and smells like a dumpster when it doesn't smell like ammonia. The elevators go weeks to months without working. The fire alarms constantly go off for... hours for no reason. Our closest has had a roof leak for over a year. The trash chute has had the handle falling off for almost a year. Mattresses, light bulbs, and air filters constantly litter the hallways. Management does nothing to address issues or communicate with residents about ongoing issues. Instead of dealing with real problems they have parties at wonderyard or cater in pizza or breakfast burritos. None of that fixes anything. Absolutely unqualified management. What a joke. Read More

Still enjoying my time here. Love the location and believe it or not, it isn’t loud. Love the amenities. The new staff on site are doing a wonderful job.

Beautiful area with lots to do nearby, plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping areas are walking distance. The community is nice and quiet, and the maintenance solves issues quickly, love the leasing office— everyone is so sweet!

Great community , love how clean they keep it . Maintenance crew stay on top of everything . Love the views and how close everything is to the building

Been here almost a year and still dont regret moving in. Close enough to everything in downtown without the hefty price tag. Before moving in I toured a lot of apartments in the area and these were some of the bigger sized with better layouts.
