Been here almost a year and still dont regret moving in. Close enough to everything in downtown without the hefty price tag. Before moving in I toured a lot of apartments in the area and these were some of the bigger sized with better layouts.

We need more trash cans throughout. Exterior grounds need some additional attention. Our front entrance should be more welcoming and the plants potted deeper so they don't fall over.

I loved living here. Rent is reasonable for the area. Amenities are nice. The building does a roof job at encouraging community. Definitely a good place to live. Tim at the front desk is always awesome!
