How Is This Rating Determined?

Literal Nightmare

Pros: High vaulted ceilings, close proximity to everything important.

Cons: Extremely noisy, very dirty and damaged common areas, extremely hot in the summers, unattended children harassing people and destroying property.

If you choose to live here be prepared to deal with never-ending neighbor issues and document EVERYTHING!

Apartment Review

Vantage Point is in need of major repairs. Since the property managers own several other surrounding properties, they focus on building new luxury units instead of fixing any of the current units. Appliances, heating and cooling, and flooring are very out of date. However there is a lot of available parking.
