Veranda Highpointe
I honestly love these apartments & staff, but I’ve had multiple packages stolen here totaling over $600.
After my first package was stolen, management told me to sign up for their package concierge system. I did, but my packages were still delivered outside of it and continued to get stolen.
Management is aware this is an ongoing issue. They reviewed cameras during one incident and saw the theft happen, but there were no real preventative solutions put in place.
After escalating the issue to... corporate, I was eventually given a small $75 credit, which I do appreciate. However, it does not come close to covering the repeated losses, and the core issue with package security still remains.
If you live here, I strongly recommend using alternative delivery options because packages are not consistently secure.

We’re very sorry to hear about your package deliveries and understand how frustrating and... concerning this situation is. While package carriers are responsible for placing deliveries into the locker system, we recognize that this does not always happen as intended. Our team does regularly monitor the mailroom and check for any items left outside of the lockers, but we understand that this has not fully prevented issues. We continue to work with the package carriers to reinforce proper delivery procedures and encourage use of the package concierge system whenever possible. In the meantime, we appreciate your feedback and your patience as we work toward improvements. Veranda Management
