    Veranda Highpointe

    I honestly love these apartments & staff, but I’ve had multiple packages stolen here totaling over $600.

    After my first package was stolen, management told me to sign up for their package concierge system. I did, but my packages were still delivered outside of it and continued to get stolen.

    Management is aware this is an ongoing issue. They reviewed cameras during one incident and saw the theft happen, but there were no real preventative solutions put in place.

    After escalating the issue to    … corporate, I was eventually given a small $75 credit, which I do appreciate. However, it does not come close to covering the repeated losses, and the core issue with package security still remains.

    If you live here, I strongly recommend using alternative delivery options because packages are not consistently secure.
