I love the dog treats in the lobby and all the plants! The gym is well-stocked with lots of quality equipment and space for multiple people to be working out simultaneously. The unit is clean, bright, and the storage is ample. The roof and the views are beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful.

On the outside and during the tour, Wilder looks great. Once you're moved in and dealing with the nitty gritty, it's less than satisfactory. Between broken appliances, broken finishes and an overworked maintenance team, this was clearly a beautifully designed but poorly finished and greatly rushed building.

Wilder is a brand new apartment complex with beautiful amenities. It is a 10 minute walk to Sloan’s lake and easy access to downtown. Staff are professional, timely and kind. Happy I chose to lease here.
