While the ADU has its own entrance and plenty of privacy, the yard is shared, so this setup tends to work best for someone who doesn’t need much outdoor space.

I’m seeking a six-month lease to start, with the option to extend to a one-year term. No smoking in the ADU or garage, please.

I’d prefer no pets — we already have a dog in the main house and another on the way, and want to avoid potential conflicts in the shared yard. That said, for the right tenant with a very calm, friendly dog, I’d be open to a conversation.
