Low price and comfortable .
I lived there for a year in appartmant 204 and I had no issues with anything or anybody .
That's realy safe and I was comfortable all year through and realy good rent and management.

Disgruntled Tenant
I am Mory and living in 3555 S. Delaware st. Canterbury west
Apartments Englewood Co. about two years. I never had
or saw any Cockroach. Couple of tenants got evicted ,and it is
dishonest to write bad review because have been evicted. If there is any problem about anything management will take care of it right away. therefor i give 5 star to this property.

Disgusting
there really is a roach issue here. I have lived here for almost two years and despite the managements efforts to solve this problem it has only gotten worse. I cannot wait for my lease to end!!

Roaches
Tons of roaches I can't wait for my lease to end!!! Only after the lease was signed the landlord disclosed to me that there had been an issue in the past.

Bugs.
I lived there from 2010 to 2015. The management is nice, they don't charge you for being a couple days late on rent. But there are bugs. The first few years were just an occasional roach, then they increased. Then the bed bugs came. All the neighbors said they had them too. By the last year it was intolerable to live there. Anyone moving in should make sure to get a straight answer about what has been and will be done about pests.
