Very easy to move in and get everything set up! Kevin was a tremendous help and great to work with. Key fobs were down but they adjusted quickly and with easy to residents.

We’ve lived here for over 1.5 yrs and have had over $1,000 worth of stuff stolen from locked places. There are no cameras anywhere on site so no one can be held accountable. Everything that we’ve had stolen was in a locked area (the mail room or garage.) Our $600 bike was taken from the garage and the lock cut. These are known issues that have affected not only us but several other residents. We just want reasonable security for our community and it doesn’t look like that’s ever going to happen.... I love the preventative maintenance that’s being done.
With that being said, I am a single woman and park at the very back of the building D garage. It is a very unsafe feeling because there is very little light back there. It’s a safety issue. I have been in my place for 3 years. I would like to see the carpets being cleaned so I don’t have to be fined more when I move out. I face west and between the sun beating down and the reflection off the empty office building across from me, my blinds... are brittle and my screens are showing break down. I will be charged for those when I leave and there is nothing I can do about it.

My leasing experience has been terrific so far. Dan’elle is wonderful and warm and welcoming and she’s made the whole process smooth and easy. Love the apartment and community. The location is so close to shopping and restaurants. Super happy ??

My wife and I have, so far, been very happy with our apartment and the community. The location works well for us, it has the amenities that we want, and the maintenance staff has been great in addressing the few minor issues that we've had. If the lease renewal experience is positive, we will plan on staying!
