Love it here.....

What a great apartment community! The leasing department is always very nice, and responsive with any questions and issues I have. The maintenance fellas are always very kind and super helpful! The apartments are smaller but really nice and my family and I love the eco park behind our building. We love it here.

Keep looking!

Don't... just don't. Keep looking, this was the worst complex I've ever lived at and I could not wait to leave. Dirty, rundown, super rude staff. Not worth your time or money.

Worst complex I've ever lived at!

It was dirty, run-down, and the staff is HORRID. They don't care about anything but the money coming in. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Excellent Community

I moved in 5 months ago. I have lived here before and loved it then. Friendly staff, maintenance guys are quick to respond. They keep the property clean Well kept and the pool area is amazing with 2 bbq grills and tv and fire pit. .Great workout room. I lived here for 4 years ago and had no issues with any part if my experience here. Amazing office staff. Always courteous and friendly. So close to great restaurants entertainment and walk to Cherry Creek ecological park. Shari

Beyond Expectations!

Courtney downs has been the best place for my husband and I to call home. Their staff is beyond friendly and very helpful.

However, I am the most impressed with the maintenance team here. I've never seen a team respond to a service request faster than them. I believe Hector is the supervisor, and he is phenomenal. I would easily recommend CD to my friends and family.
