If you like your property, don’t move here.
I’ll leave a lengthy review bc it needs to be said. The amount of money you ‘save’ on rent for lower income, you will spend on damaged, vandalized, and stolen property. With living here just in the last 3 years, I have had around $20,000 (yes twenty thousand) worth of damages on my car and a stolen motorcycle. The cameras are so bad that they don’t pick up license plates of the criminals’ cars in the parking lot. I am one of MANY tenants that have had vandalized and stolen property/vehicles... because the management REFUSES to put a cheap gate at the front of the parking lot that would secure it. We already have key fobs to get into the building so it wouldn’t be a big expense.. Save your time, vehicles, and anything you own that you like/care for, far away from here.
