This is the best experience I've ever had trying to rent. Kira is phenomenal. Every other place I've tried to apply to has just made me feel less than human. But Kira was so kind, so welcoming, and the entire process has just been so smooth and easy. That in itself makes all the difference in the world.

Update after move in: when I first moved into my unit it hadn't been cleaned in between tenants, but I have been very impressed with how they have handled the situation and they're making it... right. I moved in over the weekend and expressed my concerns on the move-in inspection sheet. I got a call from maintenance first thing Monday morning and within 24 hours they had a professional cleaning crew come in and maintenance is taking care of all of my concerns. Very happy with my experience so far.
