Pinecone apartments are beautiful and in a great location. I love to walk my SDiT in the field next to the apartments, and it’s super close to King Soopers and Sprouts. It’s not too far from the CSU campus, and management is lovely to work with. I’m so glad we found these apartments and I’m happy to call Pinecone home!

Love how quiet the complex is and the staff is always very friendly! The location is very convenient both next to the high school and close to a grocery store.

I’m so happy living at Pinecone Apartments for so many reasons. One of which may be considered minor but to me it’s very important and that is the steady water pressure! Whether washing dishes or taking a shower I know that I can rely on a strong stream of water to get the job done!

Logan, the Assistant Property Manager, is personable, extremely communicative, and helpful. My tour was pleasant and I applied for a lease the next day. Logan quickly responded to my questions and helped my move-in process go smoothly.

When my lock was a little funky, Billy from maintenance was professional and kind as he scheduled a time to come by, and he promptly replaced the deadlock and cut me new keys.

The apartment itself is gorgeous! After living in an apartment with only an A/C wall… unit, I am pleased to have central air and heat as well as a fireplace that turns on with a flip of a switch! The appliances are new and the unit was freshly painted and clean. The exterior of the apartments were recently repainted and they look swanky (red brick walls with crisp white, dark grey, and beige paint). There’s also lots of storage: entry closet, pantry, linen closet, walk-in closet in the bedroom, and a patio/ balcony storage closet.

The power has gone out once or twice since I moved in a few years ago, but nothing bad has happened in the last year and the amenities, the apartment, and the staff are great!
