• The maintenance staff consistently goes above and beyond to support residents.
• The management team is friendly, approachable, and easy to work with.
Property Improvements-
The grounds have shown noticeable improvement recently, including newly paved parking lots and fresh exterior painting on the buildings.

I've had a great experience at The Preserves at Meadowlark. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and everyday essentials just minutes away. There are also excellent bike trails nearby, making it easy to get outside and enjoy the area. It's a great place to live if you want easy access to everything you need while still enjoying a comfortable community.

It's amazing here!!! Nice and clean. All the staff very helpful and kind. The pool and hot tub very beautiful. The walking paths with all the gorgeous wildlife is my favorite ??
