Love my apartment its right next to look out mountain so when u go outside they are right there.

Our apt. buildings are the best for living, playing or working in this Golden area!~ For 30 years I’ve been renting my great views 5th floor apt., heat/water included. We’re nestled inside the surrounding beauty of our treasured foothills. The staff here is fantastic, helpful and caring. They keep our buildings efficiently well kept and clean, snow removal is even super efficient. Our landscaping is beautiful open space, with trees, a pond, walkways, indoor/outdoor pool, and several more... playful amenities in and around our large clubhouse. We have a friendly, safe, quiet, next to no crime neighborhood. Everything you need is either in walking, biking or driving 1 mile to less then 5 miles away. If you prefer beauty over the concrete view of the congested downtown Denver, but work there. We have the new light rail, just around the corner to get you to work.
