I moved in having been going through a difficult divorce. The Charles West has become my place of refuge. I have never lived in an apartment before. It is safe, clean, great people. An awesome community. I want to help make it even better if that is possible.

The move-in experience was the most seamless experience. The management and staff is amazing, very friendly, and very responsive to any needs. The place itself is brand new, has the best ammenties in the area and has all the modern appliances. The water pressure, AC, and Wifi are amazing. The community is also great. We toured 2 neighboring complexes and The Charles stood out due to its luxury feel, ammeneties, and super friendly staff.
