Are You Kidding Me? Stinky Smokers!
Most of the other review writers must be shills for Timber Creek. There is no way this complex deserves more than a star or 2. There are sooooo many things that have disappointed me over the past couple of years so I'll take the time to focus on 1 issue here.
Smokers smoke in the common areas. Smokers leave their butts all over the place. The inside of your apartment is smokey from them smoking in their apartments. It is simply awful. Several complaints were made to the leasing office but no... action has been taken.
If you like living in an ash tray or would like a scorching case of lung cancer come to Timber Creek.

Older with deteriorating grounds
Apartments are updated inside surrounded by deteriorating grounds. Obvious leaks in common grounds areas not repaired for over a year, crumbling cement drives to garages and poor snow removal stacking snow everywhere (with indiscriminate use of sand). Despite many pets here, count on your dog suffering from the not- pet friendly salt used on walks. .
Count on rent raises every time your lease ends without any justification other than "rents are going up everywhere". Managers are generally... unresponsive to complaints (they do listen nicely though) and seem only concerned with renting the next units.

Timber Creek Apartments is one of the greatest places that i have ever lived in. Not only is the staff altogether nice, but the accommodations and amenities are great as well!

Timber Creek by Red Peak
We have lived in our apartment for 9 years. The 2 bed with office is quite large and our model on the 3rd Floor has vaulted ceilings. This makes for a very roomy feel. The location is convenient to stores and office parks here in the Denver Tech Office Center.
Obviously we have been happy here since our stay has been long. Unfortunately they will be remodeling and it makes it time to move. The remodels are a bit dark for our taste but if you like that style you will be happy here. The only... warning is the parking situation is not good and they do not maintain it as they should which exaggerates the issue, so be warned.
