I would note that this house has a completely separate basement unit (with separate entrance, etc.), which is why I can lease the main floor at a discount. The basement unit is occupied by a very quiet and considerate long-term tenant, whom you are welcome to meet, who never goes into the backyard and who is almost never heard because of all of the installed soundproofing. Much better than a town home, and all decks are for your use alone.
