I have enjoyed my experience at Alta Sloan. This is like my Oasis Retreat. The staff are warm and friendly, goes above and beyond. Very welcoming every time you enter the building. Everything is soo clean throughout the day, including the pool, rooftop, common area near the front, hallways, etc.

Very positive move-in experience, Jillian has been very personable and helpful, facilitating a smooth transition into my new unit. Maintenance is also incredibly kind and prompt! I am very content with my decision to move here.

Alta Sloan's Lake is an excellent place to live. It's pet friendly and the staff clearly love dogs as they spoil them with treats on a daily basis. The apartment is clean, up-to-date. Maintenance is professional, helpful and quick to respond to issues. The location to get to everything is perfect, including Sloan's Lake which is a short block away. Management does an excellent job and is always professional and there to answer questions and solve issues. I've been in apartment living for over 20... years and this one exceeds any of the past apartment complexes I have lived in.

What a wonderful community to be a part of! From the apartments that have beautiful finishes to the amenities that offer something for everyone, Alta Sloan’s Lake is a breath of fresh air. The location is also a bonus as it is in the sought after Sloan’s Lake neighborhood and not too far from the city!
