I heard about beacon 85 through my locator. Priscilla did my tour for me and had all of the answers. She was very personable and once I signed the lease and began to move in, she was very accommodating with providing a moving cart and showing me to the apartment a second time. I have lived her almost a month now and it has everything I wanted!

Management is bad

I have been trying to get a response from this management company about moving out. My lease ends on the 14th and still no response. I have lost hundreds of $ worth of packages at this location. No accountability. Horrible communication. Do not live here

I’m glad to be living in this place, the amenities is great and the working team here is amazing. The location is also beautiful with most of the shops being 2 mins away at max.

Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Overall the apartments are clean and comfortable. Management seems to change frequently. The building is not that old (less than ten years?) but signs of wear are obvious, particularly in the common pool area. Pool is not heated due to an ongoing (two year) that has still not been addressed.
