Good luck
After a month of living here, I had sent in 7 service requests for different issues. Maintenance has been great until the last 2 service requests. My apartment has flooded & I have received no sense of urgency in the matter. Compromise has been agreed upon, but for some reason I am still in a flooded apartment with no answers. The property manager has not returned a single one of my calls. I have not been offered any accommodations while still residing in a wet apartment. These are not healthy... or safe living conditions & no one is addressing the issues.
