WestRidge Apartments

The good things about this place are the location, the pool, nice neighbors, safe neighborhood, cheap rent. The interior of the units are nice. The bad things: They will raise your rent $25-$50 dollars every year. They charge extra for your utilities. They do not clean up the grounds. There are big dirt spots everywhere. They do not sweep the sidewalks or drives. There are still piles of leaves from last fall. Tree branches, pine needles, weeds, garbage everywhere. Laundry facilities... are out of date. No recycling. In winter, drives are plowed late in the mornings, after everybody leaves for work, sometimes not until the next day. Buildings are falling apart - peeling paint, broken gutters. Playground should be replaced, but the kids still like it. Driveways could be redone. They did splurge for a new soda and snack machine. I really love my apartment complex. It is quiet clean in a great location and the rent is decent.

Westridge is a decent apartment. The water/trash are all included in the rent. You need renters insurance and pay the rent and Xcel. Honestly the placement of this apartment is awesome, it is on Kipling a couple streets down from 6th Ave and a few streets down from c470. A 10 minutes to go downtown. Honestly the placement is the best, the staff is ehh though. Kinda rude but they leave you alone :)

Beautiful humming birds visit me everyday! Tenants and staff ALWAYS say Hi. Walking distance to grocery store and eateries. Pool with plenty of lounge chairs , tables and a hot tub. Can live here forever!
