Access to the apartment is via a secured entrance on the west side of the building. This is a shared building with other short-term and long-term tenants. The eatery below is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, so you may hear an occasional blender. Smoking of any substance is prohibited in the apartment or on the property, and violators will be charged $350 to cover all costs to clean and restore the apartment.
